Based on her many years of industry experience, Kathleen is devoted to using only the finest, safest products available and making sure that clients really knew how to use these products for their best benefits. Gwen always had a keen interest in beauty. She loves meeting new people and helping them achieve their beauty goals. Her skill and attention to detail shine through every service she performs, establishing trust with personal attention to her client’s needs and requests. She specializes in skincare, eyelash extensions, and microblading.
Jen Le
(Operations Manager)
Jen graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor in Public Health and continued to earn an MBA a few years later. She has two beautiful daughters and is Kathleen’s younger sister. Jen manages all back-office operations with for the salon. She also occasionally manages the front desk. Outside of work, Jen is passionate about traveling, constantly seeking new adventures and experiences. She is also a pickleball addict.

Sandy is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the nail industry. Having managed and owned several successful salons in the past, she brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and a passion for beauty to Salon Meraki. Sandy’s commitment to providing exceptional service and her deep understanding of client needs have made her a trusted name in the industry. Sandy’s other passion is cooking.
