Please call us if you will be arriving late for your reserved appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time we may shorten your service time or possibly reschedule your appointment to avoid affecting the next client’s service. In cases where service is determined to be shortened, you would still be charged regular appointment price.

We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled time. Appointments cancelled within 6 hours will be charged 50% of the services booked.

We require a credit card to hold all appointments. Your card will only be charged upon completion of your services or in the case of a late cancellation or appointment no-show.

Reservations can be made for groups of 4 or more and will require a 50% deposit upon time of booking. Any cancellations or service downgrades within 12 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service originally booked. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Gift cards are available for purchase at the salon starting at $50 domination. Gift card purchase will come in a gift ready box. We also offer E-certificates available for purchase on our website here. These can be emailed to the recipient directly at time of purchase or scheduled to be sent on a later date.

Please note, we do NOT offer any refunds on gift card or e-certificate purchases. Gift cards and e-certificates are valid for all Salon Meraki services and products. Cards may not be redeemed for cash.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. We do not accept checks.

We appreciate cash gratuity but gratuity on credit charges are also accepted.
